Could be a PS-3 performer series gutiar looks like its got the right specs, jackson pickups licensed floyd trem..etc.
from the mid to late 90's I think could be made in japan could be made in india more likely a japanese one..
I dont think it's worht all that much if your wanting to sell it on maybe $200 dollars max..
I will try to find the exact model name when I have more time but if you are that desparate join the jackson form as there are a few people over there who know wayy more about older imports than i do
It looks like it could be a japan made 1998 atx model roosewood hsh archtop unbound neck sharkfins..
You might be able to get 300$ for it but its not a na ultra rare or highly sought model like the pro's..

It could be one of the following:
    1) Mid `90s PS-4 Performer or JDR-94 Concept body with more recent import neck and trem. The H/S/H pickups and body contour match those models, but the trem and neck do not. A DK3 would not have had Jackson-branded pickups, but did have neck binding and satin chrome hardware. Anything older would have a series logo on the headstock: Performer, Concept, Professional, etc.
    2) 'Exclusive' catalog guitar (Musician's Friend) or European-only model. Many of these did not appear in the Jackson catalogs or on the website.
    3) Late `90s model that only lasted for a year. This was quite common with the various Jackson imports. Many never appeared in catalogs.
Regardless of what it is, there won't be much resale value. You might actually make more by parting it out.

I still think it looks like an atx import has the right inlays body adn pickup config if it were a ps it would have dots I doubt people would replace the neck for one with sharkfins epsecially an unbound one..
