So I am trying to use both Revolution Slider and prettyPhoto here - http://vgoford.com/index3.html

1. Download Free Slider Revolution v5.4.7.2 Responsive WordPress Plugin. Slider Revolution Responsive WordPress Plugin v5.4. CSS Transitions with jQuery.
2. Slider Revolution jQuery 5.3+ Documentation. Download Source Overview What to look for when you unzip your download file; Slider Template Setup What files to copy/move when working with a template; Slider Markup Overview All the needed parts included in a basic slider setup.

But there is a possible conflict in their jQuery. The prettyPhoto refuses to work. Any idea what could be the issue?

I believe the issue is here:

If you're going to use noConflict then you have to be sure it's consistent because it will apply to jQuery as a whole.
